Our Double Room with Two Double Beds had all the essentials like a refrigerator, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom, and was kept very clean. Luggage storage made it easy to explore the city without hassle.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Broadway and Time Square. The staff was professional and accommodating, handling my early arrival seamlessly by storing my luggage until check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, providing all necessary amenities for a business traveler. Having access to Korean Town nearby was a nice bonus for dining options.

we had a great stay at hyatt! the hotel is perfectly located close to everything we wanted to do. we watched andre bocelli nearby on our last night, which was fab! the staff were really helpful and kind, making our trip even better.

In my children’s opinion, a pool would have made it so much better. Our room was quite small with limited space for luggage, and we faced some noise issues that made it difficult to settle down at night.
