Location was great and the staff were incredibly friendly. The room did have some noise issues and wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was clean and modern. The rooftop bar had fantastic views, though it could have been open during my stay. Overall a decent experience.

we had a great stay at hyatt! the hotel is perfectly located close to everything we wanted to do. we watched andre bocelli nearby on our last night, which was fab! the staff were really helpful and kind, making our trip even better.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, close to many attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The rooftop area with its stunning views was a nice touch. The staff were warm and quite attentive, which really enhanced my experience. However, the check-in process could be clearer regarding fees and payments.

Clean and modern room featured a comfortable queen bed with views of both the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Tower. Enjoyed the rooftop bar, a relaxing spot with competitive happy hour prices, and clean facilities throughout the hotel. However, the gym felt too small with limited equipment, and the breakfast buffet was underwhelming, possibly due to low guest occupancy. The absence of drawers in the room made storage challenging for our stay.

The rooftop area was a highlight, offering stunning views of the Empire State Building at night. Our Double Room with Two Double Beds had all the essentials like a refrigerator, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom, and was kept very clean. Luggage storage made it easy to explore the city without hassle.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Broadway and Time Square. The staff was professional and accommodating, handling my early arrival seamlessly by storing my luggage until check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, providing all necessary amenities for a business traveler. Having access to Korean Town nearby was a nice bonus for dining options.

Rooftop bar offers incredible views of the Empire State Building. Room very small, not great for larger luggage. Clean and modern amenities, friendly staff. Very close to Penn Station for easy access. Would consider staying again.
